RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICYItems purchased (new, unused, unwashed, unaltered or defective) and in its original packaging with tags attached (where applicable) may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
Contact our customer service team on support@Safepet.co prior to returning items to us so they can issue return instructions.
SafePet will not accept non-defective returns not in original packaging and/or that show any signs of usage. Returns of this nature will not be refunded and the customer shall bare the cost of re-shipment if it is requested the items are returned to you.
Accepted returned items that are not defective will be charged a restocking fee of $4.95 for each item returned.
The customer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item. We recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance to ensure that we receive the item.
On confirmation of receipt of your returned items via our customer service desk, a refund will be processed and you will be notified by email. Please allow between 3-5 working days for the money to be returned to your purchasing payment method.
